Our Process

Step 1

Meet & Greet

We’ll chat via phone and then set up an in-studio meeting where you’ll receive our undivided attention. You’ll share your design aesthetic, wants, and needs, our design team will listen and discuss budget and expectation management.

Step 2

Contract/ Retainer

After our meeting we will send you a contract and ask for a retainer before proceeding.

Step 3

Conceptual Design

We’ll draw up the initial design. Once you approve it, we will proceed to the schematic design.

Step 4

Schematic Design & Drawings

2-3 weeks after the contract is signed, we’ll present your design to scale. Then they select a color palette and finishes and get to work creating as build drawings, interior elevations, a furniture plan, a basic 3D model and beautiful renderings .

Step 5

Design Development & Coodination

We’ll refine the interior elevations, finished floor plan, RCP, & furniture plan and then ask you to "sign off" on further development. our team will coordinate Av, electrical, security, & gallery.

Step 6

Bidding & Construction

Competitive bidding for contractors, subcontractors, and vendors begins and might include value engineering.

Step 7

Construction Administration

A critical part of the process. C.A. is where you get what you pay for. we'll take care of purchasing, tracking, and will follow up with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. We'll schedule white-glove delivery and our designers will be on-site to supervise the installation to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Step 8

Completion

We make a punch list and verify that every aspect of your project is complete & we document any unresolved issues before paying the GC. And then, its time for you to move into your new home!
